Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to make returns as straightforward as possible. Below is our updated policy for handling returns, including incorrectly ordered items, non-returnable products, and damaged or defective shipments. Please contact Customer Service at (888) 277-9553 if you have any questions.

Returning Incorrectly Ordered Items
If you received or ordered the wrong product, follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
· All returns require an RMA number for processing.
· Contact Customer Service at (888) 277-9553 to request your RMA. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
· RMAs are typically issued within 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship Your Return
· Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
· Ship the items back within 15 days of receiving your RMA number.
· Clearly label each package with the RMA number on the outside.
· All returns must be shipped freight prepaid (we cannot accept collect shipments).
· Products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.

Fees and Credits
· A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns for incorrectly ordered items.
· Credits will be issued only for items listed on the approved RMA and received in acceptable condition.
· Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following items are not eligible for return:

· Custom or special-order products.
· Custom color items.
· Partial box quantities (unless originally purchased as a partial box).
· Opened or used items that do not meet our like-new condition requirement.


Handling Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

· Inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the bill of lading before signing.
· Report shipping damage or defects within 14 days of delivery.
· Contact Customer Service immediately at (888) 277-9553 for instructions on returns, replacements, or repairs.
· We may require photos or additional details to process your claim.
· For approved claims, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full replacement or refund at no additional charge.
